Christian Distinctiveness

Our Christian distinctiveness is reflected within our school vision 'Growing, Learning and Shining Together with God'. 

Our Christian values are embedded throughout all aspects of school life and they underpin our Christian distinctiveness here at St. Thomas':

Respect - 'Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God and honour the Emperor' Peter 2:17

Trust - 'When I am afraid I trust in you God' Psalm 56:3

Aspiration - 'To make it your ambition to lead a quiet life; you should mind your own business and work with your own hands just as we told you' Thessalonians 4:11

Responsibility - 'In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were working for the Lord, not for people' Colossians 3:23

Honesty - 'You deserve honesty from the heart, yes, utter sincerity and truthfulness' Psalm 51:6

Forgiveness - 'Be kind and loving to each other. Forgive each other just as God forgave you in Christ' Ephesians 4:32
